This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (together, this “Agreement”) describe how AZ Mortgage, LLC, doing business as AZM Lending (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at https://myazm.com/ (the “Site”), and the rules that apply to your use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Privacy policy
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site and related online interactions (for example, when you submit a form, email us, or use tools we embed on the Site). If you apply for or obtain a mortgage loan or related financial product, additional privacy notices required by law (including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) may apply to nonpublic personal information collected in that context. This Policy is meant to work alongside those notices, not replace them.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:
- Information you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, and the content of messages you send us.
- Loan-related information you choose to submit through our Site or linked application experiences.
- Automatically collected technical data, such as device/browser type, general location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies as described below.
Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
We use cookies, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand how visitors use our pages.
Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics. The Site loads Google Tag Manager, which may deploy Google Analytics and related Google tags. These tools may set cookies or read identifiers to collect usage data. That data is typically processed by Google according to Google’s terms and policies. Embedded tools, third-party sites, and iframe experiences
Our Site may include content and tools provided by third parties. Those providers may collect information directly when their content loads in your browser, subject to their own privacy policies. Examples on or linked from our Site may include:
- Reviews widgets (for example, Trustindex) that display third-party review content;
- Mortgage rate tools served by HousingBrief or similar partners, including pages or embeds that may appear in an iframe;
- Scheduling tools such as Calendly;
- Loan application / point-of-sale platforms (for example, experiences hosted at domains such as my1003app.com) when you choose to start an application;
- Maps, social media links, and other standard embeds.
If you visit a third-party website (including when you leave our Site to view live rates, alerts, or tools on another domain), information you provide there is governed by that third party’s policies, not this Agreement.
When we share information
We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the Site, hosting data, analytics, communications, or loan processing; with professional advisors; with regulators or law enforcement when required; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We may also share information with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws define certain disclosures of data for targeted advertising as “sales” or “sharing.” Depending on your state of residence and the facts, you may have rights described below.
U.S. state privacy rights (California, Colorado, Virginia, Texas, and others)
State consumer privacy laws may provide residents with rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing (including “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and targeted advertising), depending on the law’s scope and whether we meet applicable thresholds. If you believe you are covered and wish to exercise a right, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights where prohibited by law.
California “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” If we engage in activities that qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law, California residents may have the right to opt out. Contact us at the email below to submit a request. You may also use an opt-out preference signal where required by law, if we have implemented the technical capability to honor it.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of record and legal requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Mortgage rates, payments, savings estimates, and similar figures shown on the Site or through embedded tools are illustrative, may change without notice, and may not apply to your situation. License to use the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to compromise security, harassing our staff or other users, or using automated means to access the Site in a way that burdens our infrastructure.
Intellectual property
The Site’s content, branding, logos, and design elements are owned by AZ Mortgage, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks or content without prior written permission except as allowed by law.
Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ Mortgage, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or (b) the amounts you paid us, if any, for services directly related to the claim in the three (3) months before the claim arose.
Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AZ Mortgage, LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Governing law and venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or this Agreement, subject to applicable federal law. Counsel should confirm.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
